Important Information for Clients at Syer Hair & Beauty Salon in Sutton Coldfield

Hello to all our clients 

We would like to thank you for your continued support during these unusual working conditions.  In an effort to resume to some normality, we will no longer be open on a Sunday or Monday and our late nights will resume to Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

Our on-line booking system is now open HERE.
Luckily we are a large salon and are able to operate on every other chair/section to ensure we are compliant with social distancing. 

There are however certain restrictions which still apply to keep our premises a Covid Safe Zone:

  • We are still not accepting cash…card payments only.
  • Please shampoo your hair the night before your appointment.
  • Please ring the bell at the bottom of the stairs on arrival and wait for a member of the team to call you forward.
  • If you bring a coat, please bring a bag to put it in and keep it with you.
  • We are still unable to offer refreshments or magazines. 
  • Conversation is still to be kept to a minimum.
  • Please arrive at your appointment on time…not early or late as this will keep our client numbers within the guidelines.
  • If you have an appointment booked and you develop a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change in your normal sense of taste or smell, please call the salon and cancel your appointment.
